As a family owned-business with 76 years of history, JINMI maintains the principles of making products through the eyes of customers and also values customers above all. Based on 76 years of fermentation expertise, we have developed secret recipes· for various flavors that enable everyone to easily make excellent dishes.

Beginning as Daechang Jangyu Co. in 1948, JINMI Foods Co., Ltd. has long been fulfilling its respon­sibilities of representing Korean jang culture as a Jang manufacture by developing Jang sauces that can serve the taste as well as lifestyle of modern consumers.

And based on 76 years of experiences in Jang businesses, the company has established the[Jinmifoods Annexed Research Center]in onder to develop various delicious sauces for everyone to easily prepare tasteful dishes.
JINMI Foods Co., Ltd. is determined to continue working hard to ensure everyones life to be healthy and filled with great flavors by further subdividing its product groups into traditional Jang sauces and new culinary innovations and instilling professionalism into each product group to generate greater synergy.

2011.07 – Established Goesan Plant of Jinmi Food Co., Ltd.
2012.01 – Acquired HACCP certification for Goesan Plant (Red pepper paste)
2012.06 – Supplied red pepper paste to the Defense Acquisition Program Administration (Region 1)
2014.05 – Established Corporate R&D Center at Goesan Plant
2014.07 – Certified as a venture company (Goesan Plant)
2014.12 – Acquired HACCP certification for Goesan Plant (Doenjang, Chunjang, Mixed sauces)
2016.06 – Underwent U.S. FDA due diligence at Goesan Plant
2016.11 – Certified as an Inno-Biz (Technology-Innovative SME) – Goesan Plant
2017.03 – Developed the [Mr. Jean]brand
2018.02 – Acquired HACCP certification for Daejeon Plant (Red pepper paste, Doenjang, Mixed sauces, Chunjang, Korean soy sauce, and others)
2020.07 – Merged Goesan Plant with Jinmi Food Co., Ltd.
2020.12 – Awarded the USD 1 Million Export Tower on Korea Trade Day
2022.04 – Acquired FSSC 22000 certification (SAI GLOBAL)
2022.10 – Acquired vegan certification for Korean rice-based sauces (Korea Vegan Certification Center)
2022.12 – Acquired gluten-free certification for Korean rice sauces (Korea Rice Processing Association)
