History

1998: Established Rodem Food Co., Ltd.
Early 2000s: Began production and supply of porridge and rice cake products for the foodservice industry
2010s: Launched the “Seoul Manim” brand and expanded product line (Porridge, grilled rice cakes, injeolmi, and more); Obtained HACCP Certification (Secured certifications across multiple product categories and production types); Introduced automated manufacturing facilities and expanded production lines; Expanded OEM manufacturing and supply through various distribution channels (Franchises, hospitals, cafés, etc.); Launched small-portion products for individual consumers and entered the online market; Expanded into domestic and international markets and promoted export operations
