To guarantee peak flavor and safety, the majority of our rice and wheat-based tteokbokki cakes are produced and shipped on the same day. We offer a highly customizable range of products, varying in thickness, drying methods, and sizes.
Our extensive noodle collection is crafted using specialized ingredients and unique manufacturing methods, delivering a vast spectrum of authentic textures and flavors. The product lineup includes Machandle Rice Noodles, Green Tea Naengmyeon, Hamheung Naengmyeon, Acorn Naengmyeon, Makguksu Noodles, Arrowroot Naengmyeon, and Pyeongyang Naengmyeon. We also provide a range of signature bibim sauces and savory broths, specifically formulated to pair perfectly with our rice and noodle dishes.

History

1980.09 - Established BAEKMEE FOOD
1985.10 - Expanded and relocated the BAEKMEE FOOD factory (Yongdu-dong)
2000.12 - Developed and registered the “Machandle” brand trademark
2002.07 - Relocated the factory (former Dapsimni factory site)
2011.01 - Established MACHANDLE BAEKMEE FOOD CO.,LTD (currently located in Pocheon, Gyeonggi-do)
2014.04 - Registered as a qualified bidder with the Public Procurement Service and Defense Acquisition Program Administration (Rice Cakes & Noodles)
2016.04 - Relocated BAEKMEE FOOD factory (currently located in Pocheon, Gyeonggi-do)
2017.03 - Obtained General HACCP (Food Safety Management Certification)
- Established an in-house research institute
2018.12 - Selected as an Inno-Biz (Technology Innovation SME) Company
