As a global innovator in the premium rice flour market, we are powered by the world’s first patented floury rice gene technology. Our foundation is "Baromi 2," a specialized floury rice variety developed by the Ministry of Agriculture, Food and Rural Affairs. Utilizing proprietary blending techniques, we created Garumi Strong Rice Flour, debuting with our flagship "Rice Pizza" in March 2025—now a staple in school meal programs nationwide. Crafted with patented kiln-roasted bamboo salt, our pizzas are celebrated for being exceptionally easy to digest, eliminating the bloating often caused by wheat. From the 2025 Minister’s Award-winning Fermented Black Bean Pizza to Buldak Sweet Potato Pizza and Sweet Cube Pizza selected through an internal idea contest as well as the Wagyu Bulgogi Pizza, we continue to expand our lineup with innovative offerings.
