Product description Jocheong is a traditional fermented syrup made by saccharifying Korean rice and barley malt. Though classified as maltose (a natural sugar), it rapidly converts to glucose in the body, promoting quick absorption and aiding digestion.
Popular alternatives to tanghulu, jocheong can be mixed with fruits or served with rice cakes.
